Below is a list of tasks, in no particular order, that we generally carry out for a content management system new website build.

- Any changes or updates to your new site, tweaking it to perfection before we go live.
- Social media snap-ins
- Adding social media links, whether they are a link to your specific page, a follow link or embedding the latest posts to your website.

- We will support the work we’ve undertaken if you experience any problems, or you may be looking for advice on extending the web build.
- Admin panel training
- Generally, our clients call on us for site updates when live, however, some of our clients also like to update themselves. It may just be a particular area such as a blog or news or it may be a gallery. If you feel brave and want to make your updates, we’ll teach you all via the Admin panel.
- Assignment of intellectual property rights on completion/signoff/handover/go live.
- Once finished and live the site is handed over to you, it’s all yours!
Of course, it is very important for regular liaison and content support from you at all levels of the build, as well as agreement on layout look and feel.
Depending upon the size of your new website, how prompt you are with sharing content and media, how many changes are required, a new build will generally take anywhere from around 21 days and upwards to complete, as you can probably gauge from the list above.
On agreement to go ahead with the web build, we require a deposit with the outstanding payment due on completion. In the unlikely event that the cost may vary from the original quote, depending on unforeseen and non quoted extra work, we will only increase a payment with your agreement and before the extra work is undertaken.
